The FNMRA is in the first stages of creating a disciplinary database of all NDs who have had disciplinary action taken against them in all US and Canadian jurisdictions. The database was a high priority identified in the initial survey of regulatory jurisdictions. The first step will be to create a list to assist you in your investigations of all initial applicants and current licensees/registrants.
We would like your help in compiling the list of all NDs who have had disciplinary action taken against them in North America. To be most useful, we will need the participation of all jurisdictions. You do not need to be a member to submit information to us.
